Abstract:

Many studies have suggested that changes in choroidal thickness are associated with a variety of factors. For example, choroidal related diseases, age, position, refractive changes, and so on.With the limitations of medical technology and equipment, there was no detailed observation of the morphology and structure of the choroid. The appearance of optical coherence tomography has realized the observation of choroidal cross section in vivo.It has high security, fast scanning speed, rich information and makes 3 d imaging possible. The use of this technique to measure the thickness of the choroid membrane is of great significance for the analysis of the pathogenesis of related diseases and the prevention and treatment of the disease.

Key words: Choroidal thickness, Related factors, Optical coherence tomography
