Abstract:

The microcatheter assisted minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) has been one of the emerging surgeries. In recent years, MIGS has been favored by clinicians with its minimal trauma, because of its direct visual operation, obvious intraocular pressure reduction, fewer complications and rapid recovery for patients. MIGS includes trabecular tension surgery and trabecular tension surgery. The current progress of MIGS in the application of glaucoma surgery treatment were reviewed in this paper.
