Abstract:

Objective

To detect new vascular glaucoma(NVG) platelet response eggs in aqueous humor of patients with age-related cataract White-1 (TSP-1) Expression of the situation, and analysis of NVG patients in the aqueous humor TSP-1 and the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).

Methods

30 NVG patients (NVG group) and 30 age-associated cataract patients (control group) were included. All NVG patients were treated with atrial water before anti-glaucoma surgery and aged cataract surgery. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect aqueous humor and TSP-1 and the VEGF concentration in the blood. Fluid and blood VEGF concentration and the concentration of TSP-1 using the mean±the standard deviation(±s) the independent sample t test was used for inter-group comparison. Spearman's correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between various cytokines, cytokine concentration, age and intraocular pressure.

Results

NVG group patients TSP-1 concentration in aqueous humor(15.47±2.28)ng/ml the TSP-1 concentration in aqueous humor as the control group patients(2.28±1.59)ng/ml, NVG group of patients in the aqueous humor TSP-1 concentration significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=12.70, P<0.05). The VEGF concentrations in aqueous humor of NVG group and control group were, respectively (3355.81±2284.54)pg/ml and(262.68±125.66)pg/ml, The difference was statistically significant(t=7.41, P<0.05). NVG TSP-1 concentration in plasma for patients with group(0.65 ±0.27)ng/ml, the control group patients for TSP -1 in plasma concentration (0.57 ±0.25)ng/ml, concentration between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference(t=1.16, P>0.05). Plasma concentrations of VEGF were pg/ml in the NVG group and pg/ml in the control group (14.62 ± 6.96). The two comparison, there was no statistically significant difference(t=0.86, P>0.05). NVG patients TSP-1 and VEGF concentration in aqueous humor was significantly positively related to(r=0.479, P<0.05). In the NVG group, there was no significant correlation between the concentration of rh and the plasma concentration, no matter TSP-1 factor or VEGF. Similarly, in the control group, the concentration of atrial water TSP-1 was not correlated with plasma TSP-1, and the concentration of atrial water VEGF was not correlated with plasma VEGF.

Conclusion

The expression of TSP-1 and VEGF was significantly up-regulated in NVG patients, while the expression of TSP-1 was significantly positively correlated with VEGF.
