翼状胬肉是常见眼表疾病,手术切除是其主要治疗方式之一。术后复发及相关并发症可导致非计划再次手术,影响患者视觉质量和眼表舒适度,并增加结膜组织损耗、瘢痕形成及再次手术难度。非计划再次手术率是反映手术质量安全的重要结果指标。为统一翼状胬肉术后非计划再次手术率的指标定义、统计口径、数据来源、病例核查和质量改进路径,本共识建议将"术后1年内"作为主要观察时间窗,以患眼为统计单位,以同一患眼术后365 d内因翼状胬肉复发或首次手术相关并发症发生的非计划再次手术例次数作为分子,以同期已满1年观察期的翼状胬肉首次手术患眼总数作为分母。国际疾病分类(ICD-10)编码"翼状胬肉(H11.0)"可以作为疑似病例筛查入口,但不能直接替代最终分子判定。最终纳入应经手术编码匹配、时间窗限定、患眼核查和病案证据链确认。本共识旨在为翼状胬肉术后非计划再次手术率的规范统计、质量评价及持续改进提供统一依据。
