近几十年来,全球人口老龄化问题的突显,使得老年人的生活质量和生命健康问题越来越受到关注。其中,老年人群的视功能减退尤为突出。有流行病学研究结果表明,老年人的跌倒及跌倒后损伤会出现明显的视功能减退,这也成为了老年人视功能损害的风险因素。本文中笔者就视功能损伤的因素与老年人跌倒之间的关系进行综述,并就预防视功能损害对老年人的跌倒提出建议。

In the decades, the quality of life and health of the elderly have attractted more and more attention from the whole society with the aggravation of the global population aging problem. The decline in visual function is common in the elderly population, and several epidemiological studies have shown that visual function decline is a risk factor after falls and post-fall injuries in the elderly. This review explores the relationship between various factors of the visual impairments and falls in the elderly, and provides recommendations for preventing falls in the elderly.
