图1 灭菌注射用水误入眼内患者第一次就诊的裂隙灯检查照相 图1A示左眼角膜稍水肿,角膜内表面大量色素沉着,前房渗出(++),晶状体缺如,后节窥不清;图1B示瞳孔形圆,散大直径约8 mm,直接对光反射消失 图2 灭菌注射用水误入眼内患者行二期人工晶体植入联合虹膜成形术前的眼前节彩色照相 图2A示虹膜萎缩,瞳孔扩大直径约9 mm,晶状体缺如;图2B示灭菌注射用水误入眼内患者行二期人工晶体植入联合虹膜成形术后1年的眼前节彩色照相,见角膜透明,前房深度正常,虹膜缝线在位,瞳孔基本形圆直径约5 mm,人工晶体位正 图3 灭菌注射用水误入眼内患者相干光断层扫描图像 图3A示第一次就诊见视网膜平伏;图3B示患者随访过程中见黄斑囊样水肿;图3C示患者玻璃体腔注射地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂后1个月复查,黄斑形态基本正常;图3D示患者行二期人工晶体植入术前左眼黄斑未见明显水肿;图3E示患者行二期人工晶体植入联合瞳孔成形术2个月后黄斑囊样水肿;图3F示患者再次行玻璃体腔注射地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂后1年复查,黄斑形态基本正常,视网膜平伏
