先天性上斜肌麻痹是最常见的眼外肌麻痹,能产生垂直旋转性斜视,是眼性斜颈的代表性疾病。手术是其主要的治疗方式,多样的临床表现决定了手术方式选择的差异性和个体化治疗的必要性。根据病因与临床表现设计个体化的手术方案仍有许多问题尚未统一,本文中笔者对近年来先天性上斜肌麻痹病因与手术治疗的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗和进一步研究提供参考。

Congenital superior oblique palsy, a representative disease of ocular torticollis, is the most common extraocular paralysis, resulting in vertical rotatory strabismus. Although different clinical manifestations determine the diversity of surgical options and the necessity of individualized treatment, surgery is the main option. There is still much to be discussed about how to choose the individualized surgical scheme on the basis of etiologies and clinical manifestations. The recent research progress about etiology and surgical treatment of congenital superior oblique palsy were reviewed in this paper, which could provide a reference for clinical management and further research.
