细胞因子是指由细胞分泌的、能调节细胞功能的小分子多肽,其在免疫调节、应答过程中发挥着重要作用。细胞因子检测方法主要包括生物活性检测法、免疫学检测法和分子生物学检测法。各种检测方法各有优势,不可相互替代。眼内液是指眼球中的房水及玻璃体液,与血液相比,眼内液细胞因子检测能更好地反映眼内的环境。近几年,细胞因子研究增多,检测方法也不断推陈出新。故本文中笔者拟对细胞因子的检测现状、进展及其在眼内液检测中的应用做一综述。

Cytokine is a small molecule polypeptide secreted by cells, which regulates cell function. It plays an important role in immune regulation and response. Cytokine detection methods include biological activity detection, immunological detection and molecular biological detection. All kinds of detection methods have their own advantages and can not be replaced each other. Intraocular fluid refers to aqueous humor and vitreous humor in the eyeball. Compared with blood, the detection of cytokines in the intraocular fluid can better reflect the environment inside the eyes. In recent years, cytokines have been studied more frequently, and the detection methods have been constantly innovating. In this article, the author intends to review the status and progress of cytokine detection and its application in the detection of intraocular fluid.
